Stunningly beautiful and fabulous hotel

Greatly enjoyed its central location near Cuatro Caminos metro stop. Excellent service, just what I needed

location is excellent, is 300 meters from the metro four ways that connects with the line 1 that passes through the center and circular line 6 of Madrid, you can go anywhere in Madrid from there. Nearby there are well known restaurants and supermarkets and inside the hotel you are very quiet and comfortable. gardens of the Hall are a highlight, although the sound of the fountain can be disturbing at bedtime or relaxing depending on the person.

In relation to the quality price, rest of the facilities that are excellent, I was very disappointed at bedtime, I was not comfortable in bed mainly because of the pillows that are of poor quality, seem to be bought in a bazaar of everything to euro, soft without form and with the interior foam too noisy. I took the one pillow that I had in reserve in the closet and it was very hard and compacted as if it had been used for years without being renewed. On the other hand I found it ridiculous that they offer you wifi connection but only for one person when the room is for two people, I think that in the times we are the wifi should be open inside the hotel without keys. finally the breakfast I didn't try should be a luxury when they ask for 16 euros per person for breakfast.

The scarce equipment, there was only a toothbrush when we were two guests, only a shoe cleaner, a shower cap, the hair dryer didn't work and besides it was the hand dryer style of the public bathrooms so even if it had worked it would have been difficult to use, I didn't have any welcome souvenirs, of the gummy, potato or water style that most of the 4 stars hotels in Spain have, neither a water heater nor a coffee maker, in our case it was very necessary because we are a couple of opponents that were going to Madrid for exams, the coffee shop in Saturday would not be until 8 am, that is to say quite late for our taste..in short, comfortable, well located if you go to the complutense as was our case and very clean, but scarce in equipment, nor offered hotel shoes ...

Great spot! The breakfast here is solid and has a good variety of food 🥐.

Large room, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Good quality of clothes, both sheets and towels. The parking lot under the hotel, although we were there more than 24 hours, we were not charged by the hour but the rate for one night which is what we were staying. Subway station very close to the hotel. Area with many bars and supermarkets next to the hotel. If you do not mind paying for a buffet breakfast, great, because the breakfast is very good, although we realized late that the table had a sign that said you could order hot things like eggs, omelets, bacon, etc. made at the time, but if you do not want to pay so much for breakfast the hotel has a good cafeteria where you can have breakfast for less money and also next to the hotel there are several cafes where you can have breakfast

It's not a downtown hotel but it's got a subway right in front of it. Comfortable and very clean rooms. Good breakfast service. The area, has a lot of commercial activity and many restaurants and places to eat. Close to the Santiago Bernabeu football stadium.

They gave us the room at two o'clock and it was impossible to rest after lunch, since they were cleaning the adjoining rooms and upper floor until after five o'clock in the afternoon, with a lot of noise from the vacuum cleaner, dragging of furniture and what cleaning entails. I don't know if this was a one-off event or if they always clean at this time, you should understand that anyone who likes to nap after lunch can be a bit of a nuisance. In the evening, it was very quiet and you couldn't hear anything. Perhaps the furniture is a bit classic and should be renovated.

They offer a good range of breakfast choices, the staff are friendly, the rooms are modern and recently renovated with a nice terrace and air conditioning.

The room was very clean, rather big and comfortable. Everything corresponded to my expectations. The breakfast could be a bit more various for a 4-star hotel, but in general Ok.

I like the hotel position,very close to the metro,2 minutes distance,very close to one of the important street with big shops,very close to Carrefour.I like hotel design,very special;the room is clean,but not so big,the bathroom is clean and spacious,every day come maid for cleaning the room,the breakfast was excellent and the restaurant have a beautiful garden.

The room here is perfect, relaxing, with central heating, a work desk, and TV.

Modern hotel. Proximity of public transports. Efficient and helpful staff at the reception. It is a hotel that is overall OK but not leaving a lasting impression, "du déjà vu".

Breakfast was average. Jus made from Tang. Insufficient choice of quality or bio products on the breafst table. .

Very spacious,comfortable and clean room. Very friendly and helpful receptionists. Close to all that one can need, a metro station,restaurants, cafeterias and take aways, a supermarket and pharmacies, and all kinds of one's shopping needs.

Extremely poor breakfast buffet. Cutlery and restaurant tables were not clean. Very shaggy and uncomfortable sofa bed.

The room is good-sized and recently refurbished. Essentials like central heating, a work desk, and TV are right there. - Excellent and knowledgeable staff made our stay perfectly pleasant.

Well assorted and reasonable breakfast choice with several options of hot food and sweets. Location close to the supermarket, restaurants, and Metro, which serves the airport and the shopping centre: )
